Tuna Salad on Thin Multi-grain Bread with Sliced Roma’s

Tuna salad and tomatoes

1 hard boiled egg, diced
1 can tuna, packed in water, drained slightly
1/4 small onion, diced
1/2 stalk celery, diced
1 Tbls. pickle relish
mayo or Miracle Whip, your choice!
1 multi-grain thin bun, opened

Hard boil the egg, cool, and peel, dice into a bowl; add the diced ingredients, tuna and the mayo. Mix lightly. Slice the tomato. Pile 1/2 the tuna salad on each bun half and top with tomato slices.

Makes a great filling lunch.

Serve with a piece of fruit and a glass of milk for a complete meal.
